Appellate Practice
Mr. Garcia attended the University of California at Davis Law
School (King Hall), receiving his J.D. in 1993. Prior to this,
he earned his B.A. in Business Economics in 1989 from the University
of California at Los Angeles. He became a member of the State Bar
of California in December of 1993.
Mr. Garcia was born in Los Angeles, California
on September 10, 1963. His father, a strong and guiding force
in his life, believed
in hard work and completing a job. This left a deep impression
on Mr. Garcia and inspired him to live his life with a similar
work ethic. His goal always remains, “To obtain excellent
results for a client.” Mr. Garcia credits those that he has
worked with past and present for his success, “I have been
trained by great lawyers, and continue to work for great lawyers.”
Mr. Garcia is a member of the California State Bar Association.
He has one published California Appellate Decision and two jury
trials.
