Gene Stone

Gene Stone’s practice focuses on general liability and casualty defense, Construction law with an emphasis on defect matters, employment law and product liability. He has tried cases involving wrongful termination, sexual harassment, general liability issues, wrongful death and product liability.

Education

Mr. Stone earned his Bachelors Degree from Cal State Fullerton in 1987, with a major in Political Science and Criminal Justice. He then proceeded to Western State College of Law, and in 1991, he received his Juris Doctorate.

Bar Admissions

Mr. Stone was admitted to the California Bar in 1991. He is admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court of the Northern, Southern and Central Districts.

Mr. Stone is a member and actively involved with the Defense Research Institute, Southern California Fraud Investigators Association, The Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
