Marvin Amoroso is a Senior Attorney with the law firm of Homan & Stone. He practices  in the areas of insurance defense including automobile accidents, premises liability, product liability and construction defect.  Marvin is also experienced in business litigation, insurance coverage and representation of real estate and insurance agents and brokers.  He has successfully represented clients in trial, mediation and arbitration. He is a former Better Business Bureau Auto Line Arbitrator.

Marvin began his career over 15 years ago. He worked his way up from file clerk to senior litigation paralegal. His exposure in the legal field made his decision easy to continue onto law school. While in law school, Marvin participated in the “Practical Training of Law Students” and was allowed to take depositions, engage in settlement negotiations, attend court appearances and trial participation.'
