Kevin D. Campbell

Kevin D. Campbell is a Senior Trial Attorney with Homan, Stone & Rossi, having served as “first chair” trial counsel in 28 Superior Court civil jury trials. Mr. Campbell’s practice has been exclusively focused on personal injury litigation since his admission to the California State Bar in 1983. During his career, he has been fortunate to provide legal representation to individuals and corporations in their capacity as a Plaintiff or Defendant.

Mr. Campbell’s practice is concentrated on the defense of catastrophic personal injury cases, including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, paralysis, amputations, burns, fractures, and other blunt force trauma. His entire legal career has been devoted to litigating the mechanism of injury/causation of those injuries, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability claims, and product liability actions. Based on his prior work experience, he has developed an extensive knowledge of forensic expert witnesses to address liability and damage issues. In addition, he is experienced in handling Uninsured [UM] and Underinsured [UIM] claims, as well as Subrogation actions. 

Mr. Campbell is a member of the California State Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeal for the 9th Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Central, Northern and Eastern Districts. He has served as an ADR Neutral, Mediator, and Arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. 

He enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, skiing, walking/hiking, watching spectator sports, attending concerts/theatre, and reading.
