Roberta Avaloshas been with Homan & Stone since 2013, initially as lead secretary in the Workers’ Compensation Department and in 2016, was promoted to Office Manager.
Ms. Avalos possesses a background in the legal field extending over 30 years, with over 15 years of office administrator experience. As Office Manager at Homan & Stone, Ms. Avalos is involved in recruitment and selection, performance management, and compensation and benefits. She is also involved in every aspect of daily operations and serves as executive assistant to the managing partner, Ron Homan. Ms. Avalos is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
