Roberta Avaloshas been with Homan & Stone since 2013, initially as Lead Legal Secretary in the Workers’ Compensation Department and later in 2016, as the firm’s Office Manager. Ms. Avalos possesses a background in the legal field extending over 30 years, with over 17 years of office administrator experience. Her experience includes interviewing, hiring, training and supervising support staff. As Office Manager, Ms. Avalos is involved in every aspect of daily operations at Homan & Stone and serves as executive assistant to the Managing Partner, Ron Homan.
Ms. Avalos is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a professional human resources membership association.
