Victor Jiminez

Victor Jiminez is a Senior Attorney at Homan, Stone & Rossi. He received his BA degree from Loyola Marymount University and is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law where he was also on the ASUCLA Board of Directors. His diverse work history includes an internship in Washington D.C. as a Claims Examiner at the U.S. Department of Labor. His public sector employment also includes a position as a municipality’s Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist. As a former Legal Aid attorney, Victor received invaluable training and trial experience handling a variety of matters and trying a multitude of Municipal and Superior Court cases.

Victor’s vast experience as a Worker’s Compensation defense attorney began in 1986 and consists of private practice, in-house counsel with insurance carriers and with the State of California, and as a Deputy County Counsel. His distinguished public service includes nearly a decade long appointment as a Workers’ Compensation Judge. Additionally, he continues his dedicated volunteer service as a military attorney in the JAG Corps of the California State Military Reserve.
